The Wild Iris Emergency Shelter Program is reserved for those individuals and their children who are fleeing an abusive situation, and each case is evaluated individually. Emergency food and clothing may also be included for those who qualify for this program.

The Emergency Shelter Program consists of regular check-in times, daily face to face meetings with a crisis counselor, safety planning and reviewing options for safety and relocation.

Please talk to a crisis counselor if you feel you need emergency shelter. Also note that if you are leaving an abuser, this can be a very dangerous time and precautions should be taken for your safety.
